Thatโs why I was too happy when I catch the same one … I have it now for one year and as always …Less time to cook if (Each hour cook with a regular bowl is equivalent to ten minutes with SB ). less time to clean … save your gas and you money and get the food well done ๐ค๐๐ธ๐ธ๐ธ๐ธ๐ธ

Wanty/Guarantee states 10 years, but Only on labour, you have to pay for the shipping and parts.
SEB/Tefal customer service was very poor.
My pressure cooker broke after 6 years, the led knob handle (plastic steering wheel) cracked and broke, and the metal screw was still attached to it so changing the knob will not help because you need the screw that’s attached to it and taking it off from the old broking one was impossible, it is the one that does the locking mechanism, to repair it, it will cost around ยฃ80 – ยฃ90 according to SEB/Tefal customer service, might as well buy a new one.
The point is: the 10-year guarantee is misleading and not totally true, you only get free labour and everything else is on you!
The pressure cooker was very good and it’s 10L capacity, so it’s enough for 4-6 people. it lasted 6 years for me.
However, my Dad had one long time ago and it lasted 20 years, did the quality change since then?
