Bought the phone at Christmas by may it wasnt working. The on/off button stopped working completely by this time. Prior to this screen would flicker like crazy. Asked the seller if I could return it for a replacement as this wasnt really acceptable and was only offered a ยฃ10 refund as a “good will gesture”.
After contacting Amazon about the issue and they gave me a full refund.

Great phone and giving it 4 stars only because like it’s predecessor (Xperia XA F3111 bought 2016) its battery usage is a bit excessive. It arrived on time and no faults and set up using Xperia Companion and Google was quite painless. The Camera is excellent but will not be using the earphones that came with as my Sony clip ones I bought with the first one are superior [they stay on my ears and don’t fall out.] Overall great phone for the price.

Great phone had it now for 6weeks and no problems. Giving a 5stars due to arrived on time and no faults, previously owned HTC One M8 which was a great phone till started having problems after 2years. This phone works as good and is alot cheaper, only thing I think would be better is the audio volume could be higher but quality is good, overall great phone for the price.

I had a lot of problems with this phone it was set up for italy (TIM) and took me while to sort the phone out. Amazon was helpful when did not know where to go. I happy with the phone but don’t think I buy again through Amazon.
I have not used the camera so I cannot comment.

As a mobile device it’s great…as a phone its unreliable. Constantly misses calls ..showing them later as missed calls but not ringing in true time! I’m sure this is not indicative of this model as I’ve had two previously and they have been fine…this is the first one I’ve bought from Amazon, the others were from a high street outlet.

Touch screen didnt work correctly, was way over sensitive and things were getting pressed before my finger got anywhere near the phone. Or it wouldn’t recognise that I was trying to do anything at all. Was planning on returning it but I touched the screen with a bit too much enthusiasm and the thing full on smashed. I wouldn’t mind but I drop my phones all the time and nothing happens but the sony smashed because I touched it a little harder than normal?
Dont buy this phone, there are so many better ones out there that actually work. I had to buy a new phone within days of me buying this one (I went samsung this time and I’m much happier)
My second bad experience with a sony phone too.

Bought this for my son his old phone which he had for years finally gave up but wasnโt going to spend ยฃยฃยฃยฃ on the latest phones. This phone is ok however the battery is rubbish it even dies when turned off. When setting up be aware the phone is set up in Spanish so had to translate to set up in English and you will have to change the keyboard, time settings etc which was a bit of a faff. Itโs not a bad phone but thereโs better for the same price. Wouldnโt recommend.

A good all round phone, can be a bit sensitive on the touch screen. I find it more user friendly than my old moto g 3, and cheaper. I am using more of the apps as they seem simpler for some one like me who is over 60.
