I have been with Sony for theast six years, but after I wasted my money on this phone I will never buy Sony again, it is very slow and the battery with work for maximum 3 hours after a full charge.

Great phone, lovely design.
Ideal if you are into your music, Sony have a Bluetooth codec called LDAC which is 3 times better than standard Bluetooth and if you use Sony’s Bluetooth headphones that support this code (such as the MDR1000X) you will be amazed with the audio quality.
Phone is fast, responsive and improved camera

I have had this phone for a month now and absolutely love it. I bought it for a bargain price on prime day from amazon warehouse saving just over ยฃ100 on todays price.
Camera on it is excellent and all the apps i use run smoothly. I do prefer my Rumba earphones i bought on amazon to the sony ones that came with the phone so have put them away as spares.

Great little phone and I’m really happy with it. Box was delivered with one of the VOID stickers opened though. All parts still in the box and the phone still brand new. Also delivered a day earlier than advised which was great.

Phone was fine on Nougat but awful when Sony updated to Oreo. Overheated whilst charging and unable to use the camera as whenever I opened the app the camera died saying the phone was too hot. This is my 3rd Sony phone, Z3 compact now 4 years old and just starting to die, hubby uses it still. Z5 chargepoint died at around a year old and replaced with this in a rush. Wish I’d never bothered with it and I won’t be using Sony again. When I tried to send it back for repair as the attempt to use their software fix program bricked the phone the operative didn’t seem to read anything I put in the chat box, thanks to Amazon the phone was reflected with the operating system, unfortunately it was Oreo. This phone is quite simply incapable of properly using Oreo.
Amazon have just refunded this purchase, their customer service is excellent and I’ve used them to purchase a Moto G6 instead which outperforms this phone in every way.

Forest blue xz Supplied by dig n delve and fulfilled by Amazon. Phone was in as new condition but did not include a charger. Was not factory unlocked as advertised but was unlocked from Vodafone and still has the Vodafone start app which won’t delete. Wife needed a phone desperately otherwise it would definitely have been returned. Still working fine after a couple of days but gets a little warm with use and wife reports that the battery doesn’t last as long as her old z5.
