I bought this for a HP G6 250 i5 7th gen laptop, easy to get in the casings, powered it up and there’s a tiny red light on the card so you know it’s registered with the computer. Pretty fast too. The odd thing is the ports have a slot near to one end yet card has two, I tried an NV one and nope not recognised, so I bought this one because it said desktop/laptop.

I bought this to add to my Lenovo laptop to use as a boot disk, The system found the device without a problem. Installed Windows on to it without any issue. Works fine and it is faster than i though as i ran some test on it.. I have bought the smaller version for another laptop and that is working fine. I can say its value for money

This was easy to install in my Toshiba satellite laptop. It is now super fast. When I switch on put my password in and open my browser it takes only 25 seconds as a opposed to about 4to5 minutes before.

I have been looking for some time for a replacement >250GB M.2 2260 SATA SSD to replace a dodgy 128GB module in my existing 2 in 1 laptop. 2260 modules are not common and cost considerably more than equivalent capacity 2240 or 2280 modules.
The picture on the web page shows a module which has fixing positions for both 2260 and 2280 with the top section removable to turn the 2280 into a 2260. Unfortunately this image does not apply to all versions of the product. I suspect the picture is of the 128GB version. The image does not change when you select a different capacity on the same web page. The 250GB version has more memory chips and so cannot be reduced in length. I can use the 2280 version with a slight modification to the laptop case and so I have not returned it.
Until I can install it in the laptop, I plugged it into a M.2 SSD SATA to USB C enclosure, formatted it with exFAT and used it as an external SSD to test it. I have found no problems.

It’s a very easy install, did everything I needed it to do. My only quarall was that it’s speed couldve been a little faster.
