Iโve been testing more recently.
All are effective.
I think this is an important thing.
This is a product family that is still in the affordable category. Not cheap, but not even expensive.
I am middle aged and at this age some problems are already coming up for the ladies.
My hair is not healthy from dyeing and neither are my nails. They break easily.
I after consuming the product, I experienced a change on my nails. It grew and did not break. He got stronger.
I will definitely do another cure with this product.
The smell is not unpleasant to me. The taste is a bit bitter, but you can get used to it. It’s like beer. After a while, you donโt even feel bitter. ๐
I definitely recommend the product!

Ordered this knowing Swisse is a really high quality “top shelf” brand and the price tag follows with their prices too.
A big thing is the eco packaging used in all of their products meaning everything is recyclable – a nice touch!
I wasn’t sure if I’d like this – especially being a liquid, I was worried it would taste a little bit like the old school Tixylix medicine you’d have as a kid!
The first time I tried this I was hit by the intense Bitter Orange flavour of the liquid – one teaspoon sure packs a punch! That said, from then on I’ve actually REALLY ENJOYED the taste. It’s a really nice bitter orange flavour – not sickly and doesn’t have a particularly lasting flavour either which is good.
I use this to complement other multivitamins that don’t have selenium etc in it to help boost the health of my hair skin and nails though I just stick to one teaspoon per day.
I can definitely recommend this product!

I was delighted with this supplement from Swisse as it is in liquid form which is perfect for me as I sometimes struggle swallowing large capsules. My hair has been out of condition for weeks with this weather and also my nails have become really brittle as I seem to be washing my hands all the time in this current climate.
I take two teaspoons of the liquid after breakfast and it is pleasant to the taste. It tastes of blood oranges and the biggest plus for me is it is vegan as I am a non meat eater so this is important to me. I have only taken this for a few days but I can see a difference in my nails, they are not as brittle and seem to be a bit stronger. I shall continue to take and if early indications prove that my nails are getting stronger I will absolutely rebuy and hopefully it will do wonders for my fine blow a way hair also. A well deserved five stars. I have complete faith in the products from this company.

Swisse Beauty Hair, Skin & Nails Liquid is an easy to take liquid nutrition feed for your hair nails and skin. It is so easy to take as it can be added to your smoothie or even with your orange juice. It has a strong fruity taste which personally found taking it neat was quite refreshing.
I like the fact it is immediately absorbed into your system without the need for any capsule having to break down. Perfect for those who find swallowing especially large capsules or other tablets hard to swallow.
I would recommend this product as already I can see improvements in my skin and nails. I have not noticed much difference in my hair but then it would take quite a while for new hair growth to be noticeable especially by the naked eye.
This is a premium product which is especially good for your hair, nails, and skin. My skin looks more plumped and less dry with the added advantage of my nails are growing better and less brittle though I must admit I do apply an oil to my nails every…

I have major issues with my hair, which has been falling out on and off since my son died.
My nails have never been the same since years of abuse by having acrylic nails long term.

For the price you get 300mls of this truly blood orange liquid in a tamper proof bottle.
The liquid doesnโt have an unpalatable taste, in fact I quite liked it and drank it neat although you can dilute it should you chose or have it in juice or in a smoothie. Whatever works best for you Iโd say.
The taste almost reminds me of a not so tangy apple cider vinegar taste with fruit….
