A Clockwork Android –
Tested on a few TV’s including two 4K ones using my iPad Pro 2018 and it works flawlessly. Watched a few movies without any problem. Only thing is the battery is obviously not being charged if you use this on an iPad. You should get a USB-C hub if you want to charge and plug accessories in. If you simply want to output media, this basic cable does the job very well. The cable itself feels very durable and is coated in fabric rather than just plastic so I’m not worried about it fraying (unlike Apple’s own cables, ahem). It’s also long enough as well.
If you want to output video up to 4K60p from USB-C to HDMI this will do the job perfectly. Confirmed to work on an iPad Pro 2018.

ย I purchased a MacBook Pro for work and everything was fine until I realised it only has USB-C connections, which became a problem as I needed to connect it to my TV/Monitor. However, I simply didn’t trust any of these HDMI Cables online until I came across this one which looked very promising.
Presentation:
When I received the product, I was greeted with the cable itself and a pamphlet which included information about their warranty, what the company is about and also a handy FAQ section answering any questions you may have with the product, there was no unnecessary packaging in the box, it was just the cable inside which was folded tightly and very neatly in the box along with the pamphlet. This gave the design a very slim and minimalistic feel, which is really nice. This really goes to show that the people at Syntech do really care about their customers and their own products that they make.

Connects iPad to the tv to watch Disney channel.
There is a funny thing happens when connecting the iPad to the TV. Sometimes the sound plays not the picture. But unplugging it and reconnecting solves this. I think this is more to do with the Disney App itself and what it will allow to play because the picture itself from the iPad displays fine thought the cable. Itโs just an occasional annoyance having to reconnect it.

So glad I went for this cable, its braided so it looks like it will last me a very long time. Built quality is better than expected at this price range. (looks twice as expensive then it really is)
I’ve tested and I can confirm it works for 4k with 60hz display. Some cables can only do 40hz.
I have this powering my new samsung 4k Display to my 5k iMac… I didn’t need to do anything, just plug and play!

Purchased as an edition to my Dell HDMI cable as my Dell monitor has 2 HDMI ports and I wanted to have my work laptop plugged in on the left and my MacBook on the right so after I have finished work for the day, I can simply turn my work laptop off, switch my monitor to HDMI2 and start my uni work, it works perfectly and makes my life so much easier not having to unplug and plug in different cables each evening.
The cord itself is very durable too.
Excellent quality all round – thank you very much ๐

Laptops are odd things, so restrictive in their outputs and so incredibly underpowered. I had been looking for a way to get my work laptop to play nicely with my ultrawide display for a while with no success – for whatever reason its HDMI output was capped at 1080/60, so as a last ditch I thought I’d try going via USB C. My ultrawide lacks a USB 3 port, so I need to convert it to HDMI, which lead me to this cable.
Much to my surprise, it actually works, and I can now get 3440*1440 at 100hz from my laptop into my ultrawide. I don’t doubt it would also handle 4K at 60hz too. Despite the processing involved there’s no lag that I could detect, although I did run into some odd sync issues where sound would splutter unless I forced a change of desktop refresh rate (a quick bounce from 100hz down to 60 then back again fixes it, for a while). Bit of an odd one but at least I have a workaround.
I suspect this cable might not last forever as it runs incredibly hot. The HDMI plug on the end is…

Works well with my P30 pro to a number of tv’s that I’ve tried.
