Good connection and very easy to install and setup as there is no more than 4 main steps until usable.
NEED TO KNOW!
The Wifi Extender does not actually act as a booster, but multuplies the network.
Meaning, that you will have to connect to the extender as a seperate network.
Allowing you to switch between your router and extender, wherever you are in the property.
However, apart from this minor inconvenience for me which could possibly be improved, the extender is brilliant.
In my situation, I installed the extender at a 3/5 range from my router, and when connecting my devices to the extender, I was receiving full signal strength/very good.

I’ve recently been suffering from poor wifi signal in areas of my house that previously had full signal. After a couple of weeks of getting frustrated with this, I decided to purchase this wifi booster. It was very easy to set up with very clear instructions. My only negative to this product is that it has 5 led indicators that show you how strong the signal being received is. Where it’s plugged in I still get full signal on my phone and other devices, bu this only indicators 3 LEDs. I now get nearly full signal in those rooms that previously had poor signal, but it feels like the speed has dropped. Overall, it’s made a positive difference, but hoped it might be slightly better

Needed an extender as no router ever reaches the far back side of my house, and we just installed fibre and wanted to be able to use it in the back and garden. This extension works perfectly, signal is now 5 bars at the back of the house and all the way to the end of the garden, so does itโs job for a fantastic price. My house is now 100% wireless instead of 95%!
The only issue I would say is when using the extender in extender zones, my 200-300mbps router becomes around 40-60mbps, I believe thatโs usually the case with all cheaper (ยฃ10-ยฃ20) wifi extenders however. It works fast enough as 40-60 is still pretty good and itโs 100% reliable and always connected, so for the very light usage in the garden I use it does the job, as heavy 300mbps usage is mostly done in the house where my router already reached
So if youโre looking for an extender that allows you to still do heavy usage and reach 100Mbps+, I recommend instead opting for a more expensive ยฃ40+ extender. But for a light usage…

Straight out of the box plugged it in pressed the WPS button on the router and followed the enclosed instructions and about twenty seconds later it was paired up and running took it Upstairs and plugged it in on the landing near the bedroom where the signal isnโt great reset the WiFi on tv and Playstation and everything is working just as it should . WiFi speed is nearly the same as downstairs router.
Well initially it was working great but now after just over 3 months use its packed up and no amount of resets will it operate for more than a few minutes before it stops working again. So I have given up on it and will probably throw it in the bin , definitely wouldnโt recommend this for anyone!

This worked straight from the box with an easy setup guide. It was up and running within a few minutes. Just plug it in first near you’re router. Press the WPS button on the router and then on the TPLink. Once it’s connected. Just select it on your device add the router passcode then unplug and put it where you want it! I tried it in the WIFI deadspot of the house and it got 3 bars out of 5 and gave my tablet a full signal. I Left it there and wen’t to the end of our back garden and the signal was still there on my tablet. I may buy another for the garage. I’ll have to look at how to set my tablet to automatically connect as at the moment I’d have to select the TPLink manually. But that’s easy anyway.
