So I just got them today. There is no smell or anything bad about them which is good there the same size as a normal multivitamin. I’ll start today and update later. I’ll also be taking them with my normal omega multivitamin, I normally have clear skin, but its really dry. And I’ve notice its not as firm.

So its been 2 weeks and my skin is soo much better. I live in ireland, so I often suffer with dry peeling skin in the winter this has given me a visible improvement in my nails and skin. My eyes aren’t as sunken in and my skin is glowing ive also noticed my nose pores are more manageable and my skin doesn’t bruise as easily.
I only take it once a day with my omega and multi vitamins. I also moisturise my skin twice a day and use moisture face sheet masks and that helps in general.
My nails are normally cracking from the cold and I often clean and wash dishes. But there so healthy.

I have been taking this for nearly a month now and so far I have to say I like it,its easy to swallow it has no bad odour to it,I even purchase a second bottle,my face as less wrinkles and smooth/soft and under my eyes look a bit more fuller and smoother aswell,its still early days so when I start my second bottle I’m hoping to see more improvement.

I regularly have Botox but due to lockdown I have been unable to have this treatment and these tablets have helped my skin amazingly! It feels smoother, less dry and generally looks healthier and more youthful; I am going through the menopause and my skin has been affected but these tablets have helped so much and I also think they have helped maintain the affects of Botox as normally I would have needed a top up by now! Iโve been suffering with acne prone skin with hyperpigmentation for most of my life. Within a week of taking the Beauty Berry I noticed my acne has calmed down significantly. I also noticed a smoothness to my facial skin within a few days. I also had some fine lines on my forehead which appear to be reducing, in fact they are hardly viable. Iโve had skin problems for years. Rashes. My hair is thin. Bendy nails. Figured Iโd try this on a whim. Iโve been taking for two months. Just noticed that my skin is so much better. No rashes, acne, or inflammation. Itโs amazing. Iโm taking this with Opti3. For several years Iโve taken beef collagen. Now I wonder if thatโs what was irritating my skin. I tried the fish collagen and that didnโt help either. I just donโt think my body likes animal products that much for supplements. This is a wonderful alternative!

Just to update on my review from March. This is the 5th month and I can say that for me this supplement has definitely improved my skin.
Very rarely get a spot and if I do they seem to clear up very quickly.

I’ve been suffering with hormone related acne for a while now in patches on my chin, up my face and round my nose. I’m very pale so these very bright red patches make me very self conscious. I’d read great things about collagen but as a vegetarian, I wasn’t going to fake animal based collagen even if it promised a miracle effect on my skin… so I gave these try and picked them on the basis of the positive reviews. A 3 month course is recommended at a dose of 2 a day…
So I took them as directed for 3 months with no real expectations… but wow! My acne was so reduced it was barely visible. Honestly, I cannot believe the difference and couldn’t be happier. I took these while also using a moisturiser with similar ingredients and although it hasn’t got rid of the acne altogether, I don’t think other people would notice it at all.
