Not a bad computer at all for my son’s first. He’s been wanting to play Minecraft for a long time so this seemed like a pretty good deal as you get it with the computer.

I bought this for my 12 year son who has Aspergers Syndrome. I had a great call to Zac at VIBOX, I explained his needs and his frustrations that can overwhelm him. I neednโt have been concerned. This gaming machine is very easy to use and my son took to it very quickly, I am so pleased I talked to Zac and his advice well intentioned and very easy to understand, for me, an enthusiastic 70 year old gamer. And J.J. My son. I had a lot of confusion from other computer companies who were unable to explain their operating systems to us as a family. Fantastic machine I am glad we both decided to buy this machine, Thank You VIBOX and Zac in particular.

After researching what PC I wanted this is the one I choose. I had a brain full of information and when I ordered I thought it had a cd/dvd player included. So though I was disappointed it was not the companies fault as the spec did not say there was one, so order a external one. My only gripe is there was no VGA slot for the monitor a had to use a converter for the ADI slot to VGA. Apart from this a fast PC and my boys love the lights and delivered quickly. very impressed.
Update: A couple of weeks on and I thought there was a problem as the lights went to just red and internet seems to slow. I wrote to the company and they responded really quick and gave to piece of advice, I realised it was me not fully setting up and now the Computer is working fantastically. Great customer support for a great PC. Thank you for your prompt help and solving the issue.

Value for Monday fast delivery and looks great. It was for my sons birthday and he was over the moon. So was I, and emailed supplier for a free game code and they replied with it straight away. Would purchase from them again.

Was worried but was happily surprised, the computer is quite, runs most all games, really nice looking, I ran skyrim on it with a few mods on it and it was smooth, no jumping or gliching, graphics were brilliant to, when I got it a wire had come lose, I contacted the company from email and they helped me with finding the problem, they send a spare wire out with it just incase, the tower gets build and sent out to you, there is still plenty of space if you want add your own things on to it, if you go for the non accessories one, you will to get everything monitor, keyboard, and mouse, really everything beside the power cable, I would recommend if u have money to spare go for the accessories, it will save you some unnecessary time, overall, fantastic computer,10/10, would highly recommend, the customer service is good to.

I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT BUY THIS PC!! Once set up and went to plug in it made a crackling sound, I should have known at this point it was going to be a pile of junk! Once switched on and connected to the internet we went to download fortnite. So left it running and went off coming back 3 hours later and it was on 2%! Not joking 2% in 3 hours! Even opening an internet browser took one or two minutes to load. I checked My broadband and even called sky to check speed etc but all was well. I canโt fault the seller to be fair as they arranged collection and refunded fairly quickly but if youโre going to spend this sort of money then you want one that works!! Ended up going to pc world which downloaded fortnite in minutes ๐ One happy son

I bought this for my son for Christmas not being tech savvy at all but however doing hours of research before purchase. Iโve got to say whatโs good buy I have done. Son loves it and all itโs singing and dancing lights. Itโs pretty fast and great for gaming my son wants to do – minecraft/ fortnite/ roblox. The only think it doesnโt have us a cd drive but a very able member of
My family was able to work around this and managed to put Microsoft on through an external hardrive.
I didnโt buy the full package and chose to buy screen, mouse, keyboard separately and got some fab deals which matched the pc very through amazon.
I would say it was okay to set up- I did need a little help as thereโs no instructions that come with it which I think are needed when setting the WiFi bit up – 2 antennas that screw into the bk.
customer service was also great when I called several times regarding the free game. Very helpful!
Would certainly recommend.
