I am requesting a return of this item because the audio is distorted. Constant crackling. I have 2 of these and the other one works fine.

Camera stopped working after a few months. Company will no refund me or send a replacement. Instead I was told to buy wires that fit it to see if that helps! Ridiculous! Customer service are extremely unhelpful!

Worked well for a month and easy to set up, BUT THEN STOPPED WORKING!!! I tried everything to get it to work..troubleshooting etc, but nothing. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE PRODUCT. IM GOING TO BUY ANOTHER MAKE THAT WORKS!!!

Got two of these to keep an eye on the dogs while Iโm out and they work well. I can video record or take still shots off the cameras and can set it to alert if movement is detected when I’m on holiday. Easily set up and the user interface is clear. Happy to recommend these.
