    Amazon have kindly refunded me.
Warning to anyone thinking of buying this product.
This model does not give you a body fat percentage reading.
It only does weight, and a b.m.i reading.
You can do BMI reading with pen and paper.
This model apparently connects to your phone through Bluetooth and WiFi and gives you the weather etc etc.
I wouldn’t know, my phone couldn’t connect to it.
It’s all too much for a weighing scale.
And with the fact it doesn’t read your body fat I would not recommend this product.
For £50 I don’t really see what your money gets you?
It’s heavy too, Slippy underneath on laminate and slides, and the glass steams up and looks frosty.
    Not for me

these are very cheap scales, glass-like shiny surface which was unexpected from the matte finish of the promotional images. the screen is also a much, much lower quality than the “all-black” screen shown in the promotional shots. it’s awful.

I weighed myself four times within 10 minutes, and on all four occasions I received incredibly different results. (jumping as much as a stone each time)

Yes, this USED to be the Nokia scale (and before that Withings). Withings has taken the scale back under its brand and also the software. The directions on downloading the software are clear, and I had no problem syncing it with my iPhone or via my router. Why the router? There are some measurements that can only be done by wifi and not Bluetooth. The overall manual could be much better and thus the three stars for ease of use. Switching from kg to stones to lbs is done via the little push button in the back. Accuracy matches my previous scale and it captures the weight much better (and if on wifi will then give you a weather forecast after your weight).

I bought these, despite the relatively high price because I wanted good quality, accurate electronic scales. I have previously found other cheaper types show different readings even when just stepping on and off repeatedly. I was not disappointed. I was initially unsure about allowing all the access asked for, but decided that I was not that bothered about keeping such details secret; almost everything on-line is ultimately hackable anyway! These are VERY accurate and easy to set up following the instructions in the app, downloading of which is essential to access features other than basic weight display. I like the way they can automatically recognise me or my wife and log the readings to provide an immediate graphic display of weight trend over the past 7 days and a weekly email report of averages. I also like that I can comment on, or delete, atypical individual readings caused by an over-full stomach or slight dehydration (yes the scale is that sensitive!) The display also…

If you are just looking for a scale, it might be on the expensive side.
But all in all it is a nice product. If doesn’t need the “initialisation touch” like usual digital scales. You just step on it, it recognises you as a registered user, and give you the weight. Easy.
And then because you are automatically recognised, you can track your changes in the app (coming back from holiday was a bit of a shock :D)
It is also accurate in my mind. It is knows that weight fluctuations on human body are higher than the error of a scale, but if you look at the measures in the long run, day by day, you can see the trend is in line with the life style and consistently reporting what I would expect to see, therefore accurate.

This is now the third ‘smart scale’ that I have tried. The first one was the Exzact EX912 which didn’t work properly and then the Salter MiBody (Model No. 9159 BK3R) and that didn’t work properly either. Thanks goodness for the excellent Amazon returns policy!

At last I have found one that works perfectly, the Nokia Body. I am guessing as the Body+ is similar that would work just as well

I first connected the Body via WiFi and synced it to my iPhone x using the Nokia Health Mate App which was easy, the scales then did an update of it’s software which took just a few minutes and the Health Mate App lets you know the % completed. The scales then says Ready

Using the Health Mate App was straight forward and I set up my user profile in a couple of minutes, I also set a weight goal on the App

Once the scales and App were set up correctly I changed the scales to use a Bluetooth connection to my iPhone x instead of WiFi as I don’t always have WiFi turned on. Again the scales and the App…
