Amazon Customer –
nice and simple Ethernet adapter, no drivers needed for a win 10 use, no noticeable speed differential.
Definitely recommended
Mr Paul Humphreys –
Plugged it in and it works, nicely made, great delivery. Nothing else to say, if you are looking and wondering, wonder no more. Just buy it.

Plugged in and worked streight away. Seems a bit slow. Not done any serious annalys but I have a startech USB Dock that seems faster. Only tested copying files in win 10 dock reports 90ish MBs and this stick is around 30MBs. That’s copying 100 to 150 gb of data. Registers as connected at GB but its definatally a bit slower. Still it works and was very easy to set to. Also seems stable and concistant.

100% plug and play on both windows and ubuntu; works perfectly, no issues seen in 2 weeks since I’ve installed it. Nicely working in tandem with an Intel Compute Stick ๐

Struggled with WiFi signal dropping to over half its potential in my home office . New laptop doesn’t have an Ethernet port but this has turned my usb into one. I now get over 200mb download speed by using an Ethernet cable through this adapter.

Never used a USB to Ethernet adapter/converter like this before.
Connected it to a new Windows10 laptop that didn’t have a Ethernet port and it worked first time and completely seamlessly!
Consider gob smacked!

As the title says, it works perfectly, it’s stable and reliable, but absolutely cannot reach gigabit speed. Tops out at around 280-300 megabits.
I don’t need it for my personal use, so I don’t mind, 300 is perfectly fine for me, but if you’re expecting gigabit speed, this ain’t it chief.
Context to images: 282.69 (nice) megabits is with using the USB to Ethernet adapter, and 920.68 (almost nice) is using my 20 meter long cat 5e directly into the ethernet port on my motherboard. Both tests used the same 20m cable.
