I have owned these headphones for 1 week. Initially, i was happy with them, the sound quality was great, and they were easy to use.
4 days later, the earbuds would not pair with each other, leaving me with 2 mono stand alone earbuds – USELESS
I can find no help or trouble shooting guides on the internet, and i can find no manufacturer details for me to contact for help.
The only place that sells these are Amazon, and they have been no help either.
I am having to return these at my own expense and wait for a refund. This will leave me with no option but to buy some quality earbuds from another retailer.

I really love these little earphones. They’re extremely comfortable to wear for a long time, and the sound quality is excellent. They’re really good at noise cancelling (or simply fitting my ears really well) so I don’t have to have them too loud. Haven’t tried them with a phone call yet, so I’m not sure how well the microphone works. Love the little charging case that comes with them (bought it in red so it’s easy to find as it is pretty small!!), although it doesn’t seem to hold its charge for very long, it will charge up the earphones once again for me before I need to recharge the case. When the earphones run low on power, you get approx 5 second warning before they turn off completely, so keep the case close to recharge them.
Overall, fantastic quality, my husband is very jealous!! Highly recommended.

Excellent headphones. I purchased these headphones on the recommendation of a friend and was not sure what to expect as I usually prefer over-ear style headphones. However, I have been incredibly impressed by the sound quality and comfort of these in-ear headphones, I have been using them for nearly a week now and can happily wear them for several hours at a time without any issues. I expected the sound quality to be inferior to my over-ear wireless headphones but have been truly impressed with the quality of the sound that comes from these.
The case, which doubles up as the charging station, feels beautiful with a brushed metal finish and is easily small enough to fit into any pocket. As the headphones charge the moment you put them back into their case I have not yet had them run out of charge whilt using them. I have left the case on charge over night a couple of times over the past week and have not had any issues with the case running out of charge either.

UPDATE:
Right earbud failed after a couple of weeks. A factory reset etc did not help. Sent back using Amazon’s return service – which entailed a trip to a newsagents acting as a pick up point for Hermes.
Got a receipt from the newsagents – Hermes tracking shows they were collected. After two weeks, no refund from Amazon, so used the chat facility, and the refund was given.
So double injury – failed (a common occurrence, see other single star reviews here) and did not get a timely refund, required chasing Amazon. Eventually OK. Have ordered an alternative, will update if better.

They have a good sound signature and they fit quite well in the ears. Additionally they have 3 LEDs in the back with the side showing the charging status of the earphones and the middle shows the battery status of the case.

Received these yesterday and was using them in under a minute. Ready charged out of the box, as soon as they ear pods are taken out of the box they are searching and phone picked them up straight away. I’ve had just under 2 1/2 he use out of the box before the batteries died. They charged in it’s own metal box that has a build in powerbank to charge them on the go and them that then charges with it included USB cable or any micro USB cable you would have for a phone. The charge indicators on the back shows if the pods are charging with the centre light showing a % charge above.The volume is good with a suitable level of bass tones that suit me. The pods fit perfectly into my ears and didnt budge when going running. Ear ear pods has a button on them for pausing and skipping track. In my opinion a good value for money product with a more premium feel.

If you look for an budget alternative for Airpods, this is the one with the good built quality. It is solid and well made. The sound quality is good in this price tag. Comfortable to wear.
