As an old timer the fact that it can be controlled from a phone does not do a lot for me. I found it easy to control from the machine.

Love it, love it, love it!
I love that it’s a 10kg machine. We are a family of 8, 2 adults, 3 children, 2 dogs, 1 cat. On a normal week I do 3.5 loads of washing, 1 white, 1 coloured, 1 black and half a load of pet bedding (4.5 loads if the children aren’t in school). I normally do washing on a Friday when I’ve got all the school uniform to wash and that’s it until next week. Washing used to be the baine of my life with my old 6kg machine on once a day just to keep up but with my new 10kg capacity machine I’m not a slave to it anymore.
It’s also nice to be able to fit single duvets in (not the high tog ones but the lower tog ones) and pillows too! The allergy care settings is good too especially if you have pets like me, washing bedding you knew that it’s going to take care of it and have it clean!
The only thing I’m disappointed in is it’s energy rating, I thought that it was a A rated one but when it came the label said D(or E, can’t quite remember), a bit disappointing really but i…

I have used this machine twice in two weeks. Iโve followed instructions but Iโm getting nowhere.

Apart from the big dent in the front of the machineโฆ..I Couldnโt figure out why the machine was not turning on. Put it on a rapid 30 min wash pic 1 but Tried ages to press the delay/start button and finally realised the delay start button is actually one full word ie โdelay the startโ pic 2
Worked out that the actual start button was the white arrow and pause button, pic 3.
So confusing but worked it out eventually
