The phone looks good and feels good but that’s where it stops the apps are limited and for amazon to sell it but yet you can’t runn there apps I find rather strange the signal shows full but yet when you make/answer calls you can here the other person but they can’t here you all the time and when I received txt messages they came in as encrypted and I couldn’t read them so I would not recommend this phone

The screen constantly changes from light to dark and flickers at the bottom.
Sometimes when on a call the screen does not turn back on, to end the call you must turn the phone off and on again.
Also the hotspot does not work.
The speaker volume is not very loud, sometimes struggle to hear a conversation.

My only concern is the battery life – I followed the charging instructions that came with the phone and bear in mind I don’t actively use my phone that much and yet it needs a full charge at least once a day. I might try switching off the smart controls, I guess. The other thing is it comes with remarkably little software pre-installed – not even an MP3 player. Still that’s probably a good thing too as it no doubt reduces cost to the consumer, and means total choice rests with the owner to install what they want from the Play store. All in all I’m happy with the phone and very pleased about what I paid for it.

I’m not too happy with this phone, It has great memory and storage as well as real good camera function, but it doesn’t want to notify me when a message come through, the face recognition likes to malfunction, as does the finger print recognition. half the time when I type a message I have to tap the button more then once. I rather disappointed with this phone and now I have to get anew one THAT WORKS!

ย I bought this phone for my dad whoโs old phone has died on him. He wanted a nice and simple phone that would do everything he wanted but on a budget.
This phone is super easy to set up and use thanks to the Android 11 OS.
It has a very good camera system that takes really good sharp pictures and smooth video.
You can have the option of putting a Micro SD Card into it to increase the storage if you need to which is a good option.
This phone has face recognition and fingerprint ID for security. The fingerprint ID works amazingly fast and you can unlock your phone in a matter of a split second. The face recognition also works extremely well and itโs super fast too.
All of my dads favourite apps work without a hitch on this phone and he can even stream some Full HD content from Amazon and Netflix which is great.
The battery life again is excellent and easily last all day.

I ordered this mobile from Amazon. Its worked well for initial 10-20 days but after that touch become slow response and its difficult to scroll on screen.
In 3-4 months after buying this mobile its suddenly stopped working without any physical damage instance and I raised the concern with Amazon then its asked to me send the device to China by postage to repair. Postage will be bared by me.
I am in UK and if I post this with courier it will cost me more than cost of mobile device. Does this solution really making sense???????? Anywayss I lost my ยฃ80 .. ๐ please dont but this mobile…. worstttttttt

being over70 and shielded I bought this to keep in touch with my family and video link my grandchildren.iam not to technical but it has excellent camera and is easy to use.my daughters phone pa cked in so I also bought her one.she thought it was a more expensive phone.we are very satisfied.in the end ibought four.for family members.they were a reasonable price for me to ensure contact with my family

The product description is incorrect it dose not have 3 card slots it is not usb type C they are lies, had this phone not even 12 hours and sent it back the hotspot function did not work properly so unable to use to connect other devices to the internet the speaker was poor i am now waiting for refund left with no ability to buy another phone that works told it can take 5 to 7 days after they have the phone back before i get my refund so god knows how long i will have to go without phone very upset and distressed this product should be banned from amazon just based on the products lies on there description very bad sales practice.
