I started working out and losing weight with the supplement of whey protein and it payed off. My girlfriend has a different metabolism and has a very hard time losing weight even working out, solution: Diet Whey Supplement!
According to her, is very tasty and helped her lose at least 2KG already! It’s also a plus since she’s a student and has a hard time finding time to cook, this protein keeps her with part of he necessary recommended nutrients per day!

    I recommend!

I have been using PHD protein powder since about September 2016. I have calculated and spent over ยฃ300 on their diet whey products. Up until now, their products have been faultless across all flavours and I have never had an issue with their customer experience.
My last order (this flavour and one more) did not live up to PHD standards. The consistency was not right. The powder did not smell of flavour and the colour was dull. There was thick debris in the shake. The taste was… well tasteless. Not only did this happen to be, but a friend.

I returned my products to Amazon who willingly refunded me – They cannot be faulted. PHD however decided to put up a fight. They first told me someone tested the batch where they said the product was not faulty and tasted how it should. They then asked me to send a sample AFTER I had returned my product. Luckily I have some as a sample at home but of course I will be bat back. PHD customer service was disgusting. This could have been resolved with…

This is not what it seems reason being is I bought a 500g tub direct from PhD and it was the best I have ever had and the taste was great with none of the odour and taste you get from other protein shakes. Basically it was like a decent milk shake. So being a bit of a penny pincher and Amazon offering a 20% subscribe discount I went for the 2kg and I knew straight away from mixing it was not the same, it was thinner, it was a lot sweeter and didnt taste the same (salted caramel). Also it leaves a sweetener/saccharin type bitter after taste for ages. I always used to have a cup of tea after my shakes but with this I cant as all I can taste is is the bitter sweetener taste. Even after brushing my teeth I can still taste it unlike the first tub I got so something is not right here.

Never tried protein shakes before – 6 weeks in and in conjunction with going to the gym and eating sensibly have lost a stone and put on muscle – also really live the flavour.

I have been substituting this diet whey for my lunchtime meal for two years now. I am 72 yrs old and must keep my weight in check because of a family hereditary condition of stroke. In my photo I have included the shaker I use because it is crucial to use a wire coil when mixing the powder with water and it is also crucial that you put the water in first before the powder. This stops any lumpiness. I make my single portion up with water and add about 200ml of milk in the morning and put it in the fridge until lunchtime. As long as it is very cold, I enjoy it. This brand of diet whey is thicker than others although you can vary the thickness according to preference by adding more water, of course. The taste? I stick to Belgian Chocolate and find it quite palatable. I haven’t tried other flavours because I can’t find the individual sachets they used to do and anyway, it gives me a chocolate treat which I’d miss when cutting down my carb intake. I buy it in 2kg bags. These are sturdy…
